I did it...I took "the plunge"

I have been debating for weeks and weeks on what to do with my hair. It's been growing out for a very long time and people always have told me that they like my hair long.

When I moved back to Texas in early May, I was immediantly ready to chop it off. It is humid here and I can't stand having that sticky hair feeling on my neck. I would look around and see all these short hair styles but just couldn't get the courage up to take "the plunge". I kept thinking of all the what ifs. What if I don't like it...my face looks even chubbier, everyone tells me it looked better long, etc. I just couldn't make myself pick up the phone and make an appointment even though I wanted to cut it so badly.

I have a fellow blogger friend who went through the same thing a month or so back. She finally took the plunge, cut her long hair off, and posted an inspiring post on her blog (about living with short hair) that really made me ready to go cut it off that same day. Anyways....here is a picture of my new hair do. I absolutely love it and am so glad I went for it. I only have a front view pic but the back to stacked and looks really good.
